tulips

May 16, 2016 by admin

Another spring flower the tulip. The Denver Botanic Gardens was full of tulips with the sun shining through the colorful petals. I liked the shadows at the center of this mandala.

ribbon decorated tree

July 1, 2015 by admin

I had fun with this one, with the repeated patterns of the ribbons festooning a tree in a courtyard. We were visiting Sedona last year when I found this, also liked the mosaic effect in the middle.

Doodle that made the previous mandala. You can see where the curves are and where the pie piece was taken from.

christmas greetings

December 23, 2014 by admin

It’s that time of year! We made ornaments with nail polish, above is a cluster of them – made more by the kaleidoscope effect. Have a good year in 2015 everyone!

Final Hot Air Balloon

June 1, 2013 by admin

The black shapes and the repeat of the rainbow colors in the center appealed to me, and the blue of the sky was almost the same blue as on the Balloon. Hope you enjoyed the Balloon Series it is back to flowers in the next post!
